Notable commercial transactions recently closed.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Dan Kemp, CCIM represented both the seller, Samuel Carpenter Revocable Living Trust, and the buyer, Martin Fleck, in the sale of the Centratel Building at 141 NW Greenwood Avenue in Bend. The 12,859 SF office building on 0.64 acre sold for $3,550,000.

Karen Koppel of NAI Cascade represented Thriving Families, child and family therapists, in leasing space at 1011 SW Emkay in Bend. 

Broker Dan Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Toney Properties, LLC, in the acquisition of a one-acre parcel in Redmond. The commercial land was purchased for $290,000.

Walt Ramage and Jeff Reed of NAI Cascade represented both the buyer and seller of a 10-unit apartment building located at 1015 NW Roanoke in Bend. The property closed at $2,150,000. 

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the tenant, Flamingo Room, in the lease of a 1,635 SF retail suite located at 70 SW Century Drive in Bend. 

Jenn Limoges of NAI Cascade represented the tenant, Josh van der Bunt DMD in the leasing of 2,156 SF at 2127 S Hwy 97 in Redmond, known as the design center. 

Brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Luke Ross with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, Total Home Solutions, in the lease of a 3,970 SF industrial suite located at 905 SE Reed Market Road in Bend. Brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Adam Bledsoe with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Severson Enterprises, LLC.

Jenn Limoges and Karen Koppel of NAI Cascade represented the Landlord in leasing 2,716 SF at 1555 Hwy 97. The space adjacent to Family Choice Urgent Care will be a Gentle Dental office. 

Ken Streater of NAI Cascade represented an owner/user in the purchase of two commercial office buildings in Eagle Crest and Madras. The owner/operators are expanding their footprint in Central Oregon to broaden their reach in the communities they serve.
