Now in its third year, the 5K Trail Tour is Ceiling:Unlimited’s answer to the challenge of maintaining running and walking fitness through the hot and busy summer. “After a solid spring training block, women movers launch into the summer feeling strong and consistent – but are often caught off-guard by the fluctuating schedules and hot weather of the summer season. Without consistency, fitness declines, and those same women feel frustrated, defeated, and back at square one with their training,”states Michelle Poirot, founder of Ceiling:Unlimited Health Coaching. “The 5K Trail Tour works with women’s schedules and gives them fun, reliable, and friendly runs to return to as often as they can.”

The 5K Trail Tour helps women runners:

  • discover a new, scenic trailhead each week!
  • enjoy the easy accountability of summer trail running with others
  • hone trail running and hiking skills
  • maintain and solidify stamina and confidence at the 5K distance

Registration for the seven-aweek Trail Tour is vacation-friendly! Participants choose the number of sessions they’ll be able to attend and pay accordingly. Sessions are Tuesdays at 7am and Wednesdays at 7pm; participants are welcome to join one or both each week.

The Trail Tour runs from 7/7 to 8/19. Registration is open now through midnight on 7/5.
