Olde Towne Pizza Company, a beloved fixture in the local dining community, is proud to announce it is officially operating under new ownership.
Local entrepreneurs Kathy Degree and Shannah Werner have stepped in to lead the long-standing downtown pizzeria, bringing a renewed energy, a commitment to scratch-made quality, support for local youth sports and an elevated community experience while honoring the foundational recipes that locals love. Even though ownership changed, the original staff remains the same and new team members have joined to provide excellent customer service and great food.
“We are incredibly honored and excited to step into the big shoes left behind by the original owner, Terry Parker,” said Werner. “Pizza brings people together, and our goal is to build on this restaurant’s legacy by serving the highest-quality pizzas in an atmosphere where every family and neighbor feels welcome. We’re keeping the classic crust and fresh toppings everyone craves, as well as improving on the Market Fresh Salad Station and introducing some exciting new menu innovations in the near future.”
While the core menu will continue to showcase fan-favorite traditional whole pizzas like the Stromboli, and the lunch special (slice, salad breadstick and drink), the team is introducing several enhancements:
- Fresh made salads: Adding fresh in-house salads made daily to the self-serve salad station to complement the pizza offerings.
- Expanded Menu Options: New additions including monthly specialty pizzas like Taco Pizza Tuesday, non-alcoholic local beer, wings and more.
- Community-First Dining: Plans for supporting local youth athletic programs, local school fundraisers, extended hours for Sunday sports (opening at 12 p.m.) and adding dinner hours from 4-8 p.m. on Mondays, remodeled inside space and re-built patio next spring for outdoor dining.
- Delivery and Takeout Options: While takeout ordering is not new, our delivery option allows customers to order online and have hot pizza delivered fresh to their door.
