The Power of Differentiation: How Great Design Shapes Exceptional Brands

Rob Williams is an award-winning designer with over 20 years of experience in industrial and brand design. He has led initiatives for companies like Rivian, Lightship and Nike, working on diverse products ranging from electric vehicles to footwear.

Rob is currently Head of Creative at Lightship, where he leads brand and design for the launch of the company’s first product, the AE-1 Aero-Electric travel trailer. Previously, as Chief Creative Officer at Rivian, he guided the design and branding of the R1T and R1S, playing a key role in the company’s $100 billion IPO.
