Ryan Buccola and Tim Buccola, owners of RE/MAX Key Properties, have acquired the Sisters and Redmond franchises of RE/MAX Out West Realty on November 7, 2019.
The Sisters office, located at 330 West Hood Avenue, will remain in operation with plans to grow throughout 2020. “Our brokerage serves the experts of industry in our market, and we are honored to welcome the esteemed brokers of RE/MAX Out West Realty Sisters into our family. We knew there was immediate alignment when we determined that the average number of years in real estate, at 15 years for these brokers, is the exact same average number of years in business as our Bend brokers,” said Tim Buccola.
Plans are underway to launch in Redmond with the development of an office that will become a hub for Central Oregon real estate serving the unique needs of farm, ranch, commercial and residential that exists throughout our region. “In 2020, we will have offices in Bend, Sisters and Redmond serving real estate professionals in these unique markets and integrating them to optimize business for all,” said Ryan Buccola. “We are looking forward and moving forward, with the best interests of our brokers in mind every step of the way.”
