The REDI Annual Luncheon is coming to the Deschutes County Fair and Expo Center on March 21.

Keynote Speaker, Vered Kogan, will bring attendees on a journey from resistance to resilience to reinforcing change. She is the CEO of the Momentum Institute, a leadership training and coaching organization, and hosts a top-rated weekly podcast called The Mindset Game featuring interviews with leading experts on how to thrive in our increasingly complex world. She is a widely-recognized behavioral and mindset expert, inspiring individuals and teams to release the mental and emotional obstacles that prevent them from adapting to change.

The day begins with a morning workshop on tips for navigating change resistance. During this presentation, guests will be guided through proven practices for managing change so that organizations can experience higher rates of success. Learn best practices for change management according to Prosci, a research institution that has conducted over 20 years of change management research transforming approaches to leading change.

The Annual Luncheon will focus on change resilience highlighting the topic of thriving in times of change. Guests will learn techniques to increase personal resilience and energy levels, diminish symptoms of personal and work-related stress; and how to access heightened creativity and innovation.
