Central Oregon Business Owners! Are you looking for some professional help to boost your business’s success? Then the Small Business Management Program (SBM) could be for you!

“The program is more than a sit-down class. With the advisor, we learned how to create strategic systems and processes so you can start working ON the business instead of just IN the business,” said Kevin Watkins, Farewell Media.

SBM offers hands-on business coaching that will help you gain access to tools that give you an edge while enjoying a safe environment to experiment and share your successes and challenges.

As part of SBM, you will have access to a comprehensive selection of practical topics and one-on-one business advising, all tailored to your specific needs.

The SBM Program meets once a month on Wednesday afternoons for three hours of class time, over nine months, and includes ongoing one-on-one advising. Plus, we are limiting participation, so you will get a personalized and intimate experience.

The cost of the SBM Program is $999. To qualify for the SBM program, your business needs to be in operation for at least a year, have one full-time employee besides the owner, and have the ability to produce monthly financial statements.

Hundreds of Central Oregon small businesses — including Pine Mountain Sports, Wahoo Films, Dana Signs, Silver Moon Brewing, and others — have gone through COCC’s Small Business Management Program.
