Sisters Folk Festival All-Event Passes Sold Out

All-event passes for the 19th annual Sisters Folk Festival (SFF) are officially sold out. “We sold out even earlier than last year,” said Development Director Katy Yoder. With a lineup stronger than ever and a commitment to keeping the event a reasonable size, organizers are pleased to see the popularity for the festival reaching new heights. There are a few Sunday tickets still available for $65 each and festival organizers will not be selling single-day tickets for Friday or Saturday.

In an effort to ensure everyone has a chance to hear some of the great acts coming to the festival, there are two free stages on Saturday. The Sisters Coffee Company and Americana Project Alumni stages are both free to the public.

Both stages will feature compelling performances by nationally acclaimed acts. The Americana Project Alumni stage will be at the new Fir Street Park, located at the intersection of North Fir Street and Main Avenue. The schedule for that stage will be posted on the SFF web site as soon as it is finalized.

Volunteer Coordinator Kerani Mitchell is working hard securing volunteer positions for those interested in joining the SFF team. There are a few volunteer positions still available. Volunteers who work at least 10 hours during the weekend receive an all-event pass to the festival. “Unless you’re a Sisters Folk Arts Circle member or a sponsor, that’s the only way to get a ticket now,” said Yoder. If you’re interested in volunteering, please fill out the sign-up form on our website and we’ll be in touch
