The Southeast Area Plan Advisory Committee (SEAPAC) completed their final meeting on December 17, 2020. SEAPAC has now forwarded the Southeast Area Plan Summary Report, Draft Comprehensive Plan and Development Code Amendments and Infrastructure Funding Plan to the Bend Planning Commission for their review. Current drafts (November 2020) of all three documents are available to download from the Southeast Area Plan Advisory Committee website.
The Planning Commission will hold a work session on the Summary Report, Draft Comprehensive Plan and Development Code Amendments and Funding Plan on Monday, January 11, 2021. The latest versions of the Summary Report, Comprehensive Plan and Development Code amendments and Funding Plan, with final edits and corrections, will be uploaded with the Planning Commission’s meeting materials a week in advance. The Planning Commission will then conduct a public hearing on Monday, January 25, 2021. Meetings are currently held via Zoom, a virtual meeting platform, due to precautions related to COVID-19.
