Join Technology Association of Oregon and Catalyte for a conversation on Tuesday, July 7 starting at 11am, where we will explore ways to tap into sustainable talent pipelines to avoid disruption to your hiring process.

Participants will step away from this session with resources to help their team pivot towards non-traditional pathways while considering future hiring needs. We will also discuss ideas to help restructure talent pipelines to ensure they are engaging internal talent, accessing a more diverse selection of candidates through experience and aptitude-based hiring methods.

PILOT PROGRAM: AMAZON REPRICING TOOL

TAO member Monsoon is developing a new tool that allows amazon.com sellers to automatically re-price their offerings against SIMILAR products (as well as pricing to win the Buy Box). Maintaining some degree of price parity or competitiveness with products that are similar to your own is a manual and labor-intensive process today. The goal of Monsoon’s new tool is to automate much of this workflow, to give sellers an advantage in the Amazon.com ecosystem.

Monsoon has started a pilot program to test this new repricing tool and gather feedback from Amazon sellers, and they are looking to add another 15-20 participants in the coming weeks. The pilot offers free use of the repricing tool while you are participating, and a 50 percent discount on the service for 12 months if you decide to continue using it after the pilot ends.
