- Free three-hour in-person class on Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 8-11am in Bend: The Oregon State Fire Marshall will host a class focused on specific requirements in the Oregon Fire Code for mobile food units and food card pods. This class is intended for MFU owners and their staff, food cart pod owners, operators, etc. Register here
- ServSafe Certified Food Manager Class offered by Deschutes County Environmental Health on Monday, October 16, 2023 from 8am-5pm. This interactive, in-person class will be offered in downtown Bend. Class will be offered in English but participants are welcome to take the exam in English, Spanish, Chinese or another language of their choice.
