This Saturday, June 20, the community is invited to a free, family-friendly celebration at Hayden Homes Amphitheater to mark 25 years of growth, music and connection. Come hungry and ready to boogie, with local food and drink vendors on site and DJ SoMuchHouse alongside headliner DJ Eric Rhodes spinning some iconic tunes. With the Old Mill District dating back to 2001, let this be your sign to embrace the early 2000s. Dust off the low-rise jeans, zebra stripes, glitter and rhinestones, and step back in time with us for the dance party of the summer. Community Partner Spotlight:

The Father Effect

The Father’s Group is a Black-led team of fathers who came together to talk honestly about what their kids were experiencing in school and in the wider community and quickly turned those conversations into action. Today they focus on youth education, leadership, community advocacy, and economic empowerment, working to break down barriers, support student success, uplift minority-owned businesses, and build opportunities toward financial independence. At its core the group is about creating space for real conversation, shared support, and real change. Community members are welcome to join the conversation by attending meetings on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30pm at Dudley’s Bookshop Cafe in downtown Bend.
