CASA of Central Oregon has existed in Central Oregon since 1992. The mission of CASA is based on the belief that every child deserves a safe and permanent home. Our goal is to provide every abused and neglected child in foster care a volunteer CASA advocate. Last year in Crook County ten volunteers dedicated over 267 hours to advocate for 70 children in foster care – a value of over $3000. On any given day there are over 30 children in Crook County in need of a volunteer.
