For a quarter of a century, the Latino Community Association (LCA) has stood with and for the Latine community of Central Oregon. What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a trusted organization providing vital services and opportunities for thousands of families.
Today, LCA offers a wide range of programs designed to strengthen families, empower individuals and build a more resilient community in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties. From workforce empowerment and small business support, to family services, health and wellness, financial coaching and senior engagement, LCA continues to be a reliable source of guidance and connection.
As we celebrate 25 years of service, we’re also looking ahead. Our commitment to protecting our community has never been stronger. With an in-house immigration team, we are expanding our capacity to help people navigate the complex process of legalizing their immigration status — paving a path to opportunity, stability and dignity for families across the region.
