The Season of Giving is upon us and The Great Frame Up in Bend is teaming up with Toys for Tots in kicking off their 2012 Toys for Tots collection to help get you in the spirit of giving.
Toys for Tots help less fortunate children experience the joy of Christmas by assisting local families in need by providing Christmas gifts to children. Since its inception in 1947, the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program has helped distribute over 452 million toys to over 209 million needy children across the United States.
Now through December 22 customers wishing to donate to Toys for Tots are invited to drop off their gift(s) at The Great Frame Up at 62535 S Hwy, 97 Bend, (located in the Fred Meyer Shopping Plaza). The gifts must be new and not gift wrapped. Upon arrival, they will be organized into age-appropriate categories before delivery, scheduled for the week prior to Christmas.
Toys for Tots represent a great opportunity for our community to reach out to those in need in order to make this Christmas a joyous holiday for each and every child. Remember, no gift is too small.
