Too Cute To Spook
Old Mill District’s annual Halloween block party returns Tuesday, October 31! District shops will hand out candy and various treats from 4-7pm. In addition, we’ll have a pet costume contest with celebrity judges from the Humane Society of Central Oregon, a Central Oregon Aerial Arts show, art projects, selfie stations, the witches paddle, and more!
