EDCO’s annual luncheon is a tradition providing the Central Oregon business community an opportunity to hear nationally recognized business leaders discuss current and future economic trends and business best practices. This is a sold-out event each year.
This year’s luncheon, The Remix,is a positive approach to organizational change, taking practices embraced by older generations (Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers) and altering them to better appeal to Millennials, Gen Zs and younger generations so everyone can succeed together.
The keynote speaker is Lindsey Pollak, a New York Times bestselling author and multigenerational workforce expert. Her topic is: The Remix: How to Lead and Succeed in the Multigenerational Workplace. Pollak combines the most recent data from a variety of authoritative sources with her own original research, as well as detailed case studies from her Fortune 500 clients. She outlines the ways businesses, executives, mid-level managers, employees and entrepreneurs can handle situations that may arise when diverse styles clash and provides clear strategies to turn generational diversity into opportunity.
The luncheon takes place on Thursday, February 13 from 11am-1:30pm at the Riverhouse on the Deschutes, 2850 NW Rippling River Court, Bend.Tickets are $39 – $104, To purchase tickets, please click here: eventbrite.com.
