Franklin Brothers, an award winning Bend Oregon home builder, recently announced breaking ground on another new home community in Bend, a 90-acre neighborhood named Stone Creek. At its completion, Stone Creek will include 557 single family residential homes, plus apartments and townhomes in a commercial zone, a new elementary school and a city park.

In line with other Franklin Brothers’ communities, such as its flagship Mirada neighborhood, Stone Creek will include a swimming pool with a spray park for children, barbeques and a pavilion area.

The Stone Creek neighborhood will feature the same quality Bend has come to know and expect from Franklin Brothers, such as stand apart architectural design, solid surface countertops and stainless appliances.

“While our location, accessibility and value will set Stone Creek apart from other home communities in the area, our quality of construction and attention to detail sets Franklin Brothers apart in Bend,” said Darrin Kelleher of Franklin Brothers. “Our floorplans tend to be designed for community and the maximization of space, which our homebuyers are looking for. The new homes, apartments and townhomes at Stone Creek will include custom features and elements that are often upgrades in other communities.”

“Single family home communities are in demand in Bend,” said Kelleher. “However, we are also seeing demand with active apartment living and low maintenance townhomes. We’ve made sure to include it all within reach at Stone Creek.”

The 90-acre Stone Creek neighborhood site is located southeast Bend on Brosterhous. For more information and to reserve space, call Darrin Kelleher at (541) 788-0029 or visit

The Bend area Franklin Brothers home builders accolades include multiple 2013-2014 Central Oregon Builders Association awards, including Tour of Homes Best of Show and Best Architectural Design.
