High Plateau Ventures has acquired Business Air’s FBO (Fixed Base Operation) and Charter Service located at the Denton Enterprise Airport in Texas.
Serving as the longest standing FBO on the grounds of the Denton airport, Business Air has built a solid reputation among business executives who appreciate its amenities and its great location for traveling to and from the Dallas-FortWorth area.
CEO of High Planteau Ventures, Gene Buccola, said “the existing management team, headed by Damon Ward, will stay in place. In addition to maintaining excellent standards of service for the entire operation, Mr. Ward’s experience and skills in business development will be especially beneficial in helping the company grow.”
High Plateau plans to expand its service offerings through the construction of a new 24,000 square foot hanger. The new hanger will be capable of housing the full line of Gulfstream and Bombardier business jets.
