Les Schwab Tire Centers celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2022. Now the nation’s highest-ranked tire retailer, Les Schwab started as a small shop in Prineville back in 1952 and quickly built a reputation for putting customers first and emphasizing service and safety.

That first store brought in $2,800 in its first month. Seven decades later, the company employs more than 7,000 people and delivers world-class customer service and commitment to the community to its customers at more than 500 locations across ten states.

“A singular focus on service has characterized Les Schwab for the past 70 years,” said John Robertson, Les Schwab’s president of store operations. “As we reflect on all we have built together, we are honored to continue our decades-long legacy of high-quality service for years to come.”

To celebrate the anniversary, Les Schwab is inviting customers to enter to win a $700 Les Schwab prize certificate. Customers can enter and find official rules at lesschwab.com/70-anniversary until February 28.

Les Schwab goes beyond just selling tires, knowing it takes more than good traction to help keep customers safe on the road. The Company offers tires, brake services, alignment, shocks and more — all so you can stop and steer when it matters most.

“Our culture and shared values are important assets that differentiate us and contribute to our success,” said Jack Cuniff, CEO. “You can count on Les Schwab to be there, prioritizing your safety on the road.”
