NorthWest Crossing, a mixed-use neighborhood on Bend’s west side, welcomed Martolli’s Pizza to its neighborhood center last month. A fixture in downtown Sisters for the past 14 years, Martolli’s is focused on creating the very best pizza pie. Central Oregon locals, Kathy and Brian Jackson, recently sold the Sisters location in order to focus on their new NorthWest Crossing restaurant. The family owned and operated pizza restaurant focuses on fresh, local ingredients.
“We are excited about being located in NorthWest Crossing, and everyone has been very welcoming to us,” said Kathy. “We love the kids that come by for lunch during school, and are looking forward to continuing to serve everyone in the growing community and beyond.”
The Jacksons purchased the Sisters, Oregon Martolli’s from the original founders and ran the restaurant for five years before selling it to focus on the new Bend location. The Sisters location is still open and operating under different ownership. Kathy and Brian operate the NorthWest Crossing Martolli’s along with the help of their children, grandchildren and other family members.
They have continued with the company’s original recipes, which include making ingredients fresh daily and creating gourmet flavors using items such as caramelized onions, roasted garlic, rosemary potatoes and more. The menu also accommodates special diets, offering a housemade gluten-free and dairy-free option. Soon, Martolli’s will offer seasonal pies, Italian grinder sandwiches and an expanded salad selection. The restaurant’s beverage list encompasses local craft beer, wine and kombucha, and the owners are looking to expand the beverage offerings based on customer suggestions. A take and bake option is available, and they hope to add delivery service in the future.
The NorthWest Crossing Martolli’s is located at 2755 NW Crossing Drive, Suite 101 and the complete menu can be viewed at www.bendmartollis.com.
