New Oregon Partnership will Highlight Economics of Hunting

A broad group of local and regional leaders representing Oregon chambers of commerce, convention and visitors’ bureaus, sporting organizations, small businesses, lodging and retailers will hold a press conference on Thursday, December 4 at the Sportsman’s Warehouse in Bend to announce the kickoff of Hunting Works For Oregon.

Speakers will address the configuration and future goals of this unique organization while also providing economic data on the importance of hunting in Oregon. The group’s mission is to promote the strong economic partnership between the hunting and sport-shooting communities and Oregon’s state and local economies.
