Compass Commercial Real Estate Services has released its second-quarter 2011 market-survey results in the most recent issue of Compass Points, the company’s quarterly newsletter.
“Overall, we’re happy with the second-quarter trends and feel the market is continuing to move in the right direction,” said Compass Points Editor Howard Friedman, CCIM, who’s also a partner with the company. “Now, in the first half of Q3, we’re continuing to feel that positive momentum built during the first half of this year.”
Real estate professionals, investors and business-community members have relied on information published in Compass Points for the past 15 years. As always, the Q2 2011 issue includes comprehensive commercial real-estate surveys, as well as analysis of the Central Oregon market from the partners of Compass Commercial.
