Prior to joining Parametrix, Johnson led the Bend office of WH Pacific where he led projects such as the Bend New Middle School site development, Newport Avenue Bridge Replacement and the NorthWest Crossing Discovery Park Development.
Johnson is supported by Jim Frost, PE, a senior engineer and client manager with over 26 years of experience. Andrew Huston, PLS will lead the survey practice for the firm’s Oregon location with more than 17 years of experience managing large survey efforts for a broad client base.
“The Bend location strengthens our presence in Oregon and compliments the services already provided in transportation, water and environmental planning and compliance out of our Portland office. The strengths of the staff in our Bend office are well-matched with our core competencies firmwide,” said Jeff Peacock, Parametrix CEO.
Founded in 1969, Parametrix provides services in the core practice areas of transportation, environmental planning and compliance, water, and community building across the western United States. Established in Portland in 1989, the firm’s Oregon office has been involved in some of the region’s most important projects such as the Columbia River Crossing, Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail Expansion, Newberg-Dundee Bypass and Port of Vancouver industrial compliance projects.
”We are excited to expand our client base and geographic presence by adding the Bend location,” commented Richard Roché, vice president of Parametrix’s Oregon operations.
