In a world that’s increasingly digital, Rally Recreation is on a mission to bring back what matters most: real human connection. This newly launched community-driven indoor game space is inviting kids, teens, and families to unplug, play, and reconnect — one classic game at a time.
Rally Recreation isn’t your average hangout. Created by parents who know the struggle of raising kids in a screen-saturated world, it’s the first recreational space of its kind in Central Oregon — designed especially for non-sports and sports kids alike. Located in Bend, Rally offers a safe, inclusive, and pressure-free environment where fun comes first.
“Our goal is to create a space where play leads to connection, and connection leads to confidence,” says Matt and Kate Wymore, founders of Rally Recreation. “We’ve seen how hard it is for kids and teens to connect post-pandemic without devices. Rally is our way of giving them — and their families — a screen-free, joyful place to just be themselves.”

Why It Matters
In the wake of increasing screen time and growing concerns around youth mental health, Rally’s mission is timely and necessary. Studies show that face-to-face interaction helps build emotional resilience, communication skills, and confidence — and Rally is leading the charge locally.
Join the Movement Rally Recreation is now open in Bend and accepting new members. Special pricing is available for early signups, and themed events like Family Game Night, Cosmic Ping Pong, and 80s Throwback Nights are just getting started.
“We’re not just building a game space — we’re building a community,” adds Kate, “We’re excited to become part of the fabric of Bend and offer a new kind of hangout for the families who live, work, and play here.”
