Alisha is a senior eCommerce and digital growth executive with 15+ years of experience scaling direct-to-consumer brands. In her role at Blueprint, she leads global strategy, digital performance and customer experience.

She specializes in end-to-end eCommerce operations, including site experience, conversion optimization, retention, analytics, and growth, translating complex products into seamless, customer-centric digital journeys. Her approach blends data-driven insights with rapid experimentation to drive revenue growth.

Prior to Blueprint, Alisha held senior leadership roles at Spring Foods, Laird Superfood and Hanna Andersson. Her career highlights include the sale of Hanna Andersson to L. Catterton, Laird Superfood’s IPO and a $60M fundraise for Blueprint.
