Eager to expand the company’s delivery of local expertise, experience, and service to area residents, Windermere Central Oregon Real Estate is excited to unveil its new office in Madras. Located downtown at 12 Southwest Fifth St., the new office represents Windermere’s fourth branch in Central Oregon. Local business leaders are invited to tour the new space and learn about local market trends during Windermere Central Oregon’s grand opening on Thursday, February 10, from 4-6pm or during Windermere’s ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Madras Chamber of Commerce on Friday, February 18, beginning at 8am.
The new space features a community room that Windermere plans to use for educational workshops, and local organizations are also invited to book the space to host events. The move into a more community-centric location in Madras comes as market changes have caused buyers to reassess their options and expand their home search area.
“Madras is one of the last bastions of affordable housing in Central Oregon. The area is also up and coming — there are new investments taking place and a vibrant scene is emerging, which is healthy for the whole area,” said Dave Feagans, managing principal broker and co-owner of Windermere Central Oregon Real Estate. “Not only does the new office give our brokers a good location downtown to meet with clients, but buyers and sellers can also look forward to working with a team who is rooted in Central Oregon.”
