There are several factors within your control that influence blood pressure. In the class, taught by Integrative Nutritionist Dianne Porter, you’ll learn which specific key nutrients to include in your diet, the importance of balancing omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and which good fats to include in your diet to support healthy blood pressure.
