Jon Gehrs | Co-Founder | Pacific Foods
Jon Gehrs co-founded Pacific Foods in Oregon in 1987, a leading natural and organic foods company that lived its mission every day. Formerly, Gehrs served as the company’s President of Packaged Products and lead an executive team that grew the company’s sales to $250 million in 2017. That year, the company sold to Campbell Soup Company for $700 million, with $130 million of the net proceeds shared with 600 employees. Gehrs endeavors to be a catalyst for positive change in the lives of the people he touches, through work or personally, and always saw the company’s people as its greatest asset.

Since taking the PubTalk stage virtually in April of 2020 Puffin has managed to increase top-line revenue and headcount even with the pandemic headwinds. They are in the process of refreshing their brand and have created a sustainability and community impact department called ‘Good Together’.
